Growing old... a perspective

"Nobody grows old by merely living a number of years. People grow old by deserting their ideals. You are as young as your faith, as old as your doubt; as young as your self-confidence, as old as your fear; as young as your hope, as old as your despair." -- Douglas MacArthur, General

Drugs and pottery don't mix

A perfect example of why drugs and pottery don’t mix

November 14th, 2008

There are things in this world that I do not understand.

This? Is the story of just ONE of them.

“functional pot, with stairs off the sides, it comes with small objects that can be moved up and down the steps, once you’re done with the objects you can place them inside the pot, or you can use it to hold keys or change.”

O hai? One of these things is not like the other, one of these things just doesn’t belong.

Like the seller. In free society. What in the sam hill IS this thing?

As much as I can imagine there is a genuine need for a pot with stairs, this? Makes no sense.

It comes with small objects - how random is this? A barbie arm, a random GI Joe, a green monster head and a chipmunk tea figurine. Why. WHY? I’m going to make a recommendation, Mr. Pot Staircase maker. More pot making, and less pot smoking. Cause dude? You’d have to be high to contemplate spending ten dollars of your hard earned money to move this motley crew up and down some stairs.

Seriously.
